Our most laid-back outer garment, the Oversized Corduroy Jacket is. It’s a wide cut through the shoulder, body, and is longer in the hem, it’s like you stole a jacket from someone larger than you and made it yours, but made it seem intentional. The corduroy has a deep, plush feel and it’s wide wale that can be seen from a distance. It’s lightweight and unlined and perfect for layering for milder weather or a throw-on-and-go jacket that says I looked the part even if I didn’t. The shoulders are lower and the sleeves fit wide to allow it to be layered over hoodies and chunky knits.

Material & Fabric

Corduroy made with wide-wale cotton cord with plush, heavy feel. It is a tactile jacket, which looks great in photographs and looks interesting on a plain outfit – the large wale adds to that. The jacket is unlined, so it stays lightweight and breathable and is truly a three-season jacket, not just a winter coat.

Care Instructions

Wash inside out in the washing machine on a delicate cycle and cold. Hang dry to ensure shape and cordured nap. Press with a cool iron if necessary with inside out. Try not to put in the dryer as it may crush the wide wale.
